Eligiblity for Refunds & Returns

What are the conditions for returning products that I purchased on the Talinda Express webshop?

The instructions below are for return of items
Eligible returns

  • Wrong item was delivered
  •  Item delivered is damaged

Ineligible returns & Refunds

  •  Customer change of mind
  • Products installed, damaged or incomplete by you.
  • Cloud services and software products. CDs, DVDs, blu-rays, video games ...
  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection and of which the
    seal has been broken. In-ear headsets, ink cartridges, toner cartridges, ...
  • Products that have a clear personal character. Such as personalized covers, photo service
    articles, ...
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.

You can return your online purchase to us if:

  •  Your product was delivered less than 7 days ago.
  • The item is new condition and not damaged by the customer.
  • You are still in possession of the original packaging and full original content.
  • You have received an incorrect or inappropriate product and the packaging is still unopened.

Making the Return

How can I return products I bought on Talinda Express?
You can return a product via the following steps:

1. Contact our customer service on 0700446536
2. Prepare your package with all original parts.
3. Our customer service makes a return label and sends it to you by e-mail.

6. Hand in your package at the agreed courier delivery office or to the courier pickup at your
7. We will make 2 attempts within 2 working days to pick-up the returning item after you submit
the return request.
8. Note that for dropping an item off at any pickup station, we will make 2 attempts in 2 days. You
will be contacted to ensure you drop off within the 2 days.
9. After 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return
your product to us anymore.
10. After receiving the package, we check your product and validate the return.
11. After approval, the refund will be activated
12. The refund is made via the same payment method as used when ordering within 7 working days
from receipt of the product in our premises.
13. If you’re the claim is invalid, we will notify you by e-mail and we will send your package back to
14. In case of a replacement, we will send you a new product.

How much does a return cost?

If you would like to return an online order at Talinda Express, this can easily be done in the packaging in
which the order was delivered to you. Then send back the item via courier or bring the item to our location. You will bear the cost of courier to make the return.

If the return is accepted, you will be refunded, or item will be replaced.

If the return is not accepted, we will call you to explain the issue, and you will need to collect the item or arrange for delivery to your location. If item is not picked up or delivery accepted in 7 days after this notification, it shall be deemed forfeited and we will dispose off in accordance with the Kenyan Law.

My product is not working properly or is damaged. What now?
