The Sennheiser CX 2.00i has a 1.2 m cable. It splits into a Y-shape, which can be shortened for comfort using the attached sliding cable tie. The remote is situated along the cable which leads to the right earpiece. The weight of the remote can pull the eartips out of your ear during vigorous movement, so the earphones are not well suited to sports applications. The cable terminates at a 3.5 mm angled jack plug. There?s a small gap to allow the jack to accommodate a phone case. The jack set-up is similar to the other products within the CX line. The earphones weigh 15g. For comparison, the Sennheiser CX 3.00 weights 12g, while the Sennheiser CX 5.00 comes in at 16g. The cable does not feature any tangle-free technology, and hence can be somewhat prone to the issue.
